International Lawyer

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Lawyer.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 3+ years of professional experience in IT, FinTech, corporate and international contract law (the majority of the work will be governed by English and EU law);
- Knowledge of VISA and Mastercard rules, PSD2, AML and CTF regulations will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements (merchant services agreements, marketing agreements, agency agreements, etc.);
- Strong interest in working on genuinely complex matters and developing in-depth expertise in various areas of law;
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and willing to take responsibility and work to deadlines;
- Confident user of legal research databases and platforms (Liga, LexisNexis Juris Classeur, Westlaw International, vLex, etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing legal advice on commercial contracts, participating in negotiations, and handling related legal matters;
- Drafting and reviewing FinTech-related agreements, as well as intellectual property rights assignment agreements, MSAs, SLAs, Gateway service agreements, etc.;
- Drafting and reviewing various documents required for the day-to-day operations of companies, including applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions, etc.;
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing relevant reports;
- Providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s business processes.
