We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Lawyer (Regulatory & Corporate) to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with initial experience in international law and a strong interest in regulatory frameworks, licensing, and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• experience in igaming industry from 2 years;
• experience in compliance of igaming websites would be plus;
• excellent legal research, analytical and organizational skills;
• strong critical thinking abilities;
• fluent English — written and spoken;

Responsibilities:

• handling international structuring, and provide efficient legal support for the company’s daily operational activities;
• daily support other teams with onboarding and company KYC-related requests involving payment service providers (PSPs);
• monitoring, review on compliance of websites operating with igaming licenses, preparations of website’s policies;
• preparation and coordination of documentation for igaming license applications and regulatory submissions;
• liaising with local advisors worldwide on legal matters, if necessary;
• liaise with local legal advisors worldwide on jurisdiction-specific legal matters, when necessary;
• performing other legal tasks assigned by the manager;
