PR SMM Team Lead (Affiliate Marketing)
A product IT company is scaling and looking for a PR & SMM Team Lead to strengthen the brand of its affiliate program.
We operate across Tier 1–2 markets, steadily growing and shaping a recognizable brand among affiliate and performance marketers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the brand communication strategy across social media and digital PR channels;
- Initiate strategic collaborations with media, influencers, and partners to strengthen thought leadership;
- Launch promo and awareness campaigns ahead of major industry events and conferences;
- Identify emerging trends and transform them into industry-relevant narratives;
- Partner with marketing, creative, and affiliate teams to ensure message consistency and brand integrity;
- Analyze performance data to optimize communication and brand engagement at scale.
- Budget management and reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic SMM / PR / communications within the iGaming vertical
- Proven success in building brand narratives and executing high-impact communication campaigns;
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models and the affiliate audience;
- Experience leading an SMM/Content team;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions;
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Proficient in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Knowledge of advertising, organic content promotion, and influencer marketing channels
KPI:
- Growth in brand awareness, partner engagement, and audience trust;
- Increase in qualified inbound affiliate leads via organic and PR channels;
- Visibility of the brand in niche media, conferences, and collaborations;
- Consistency of tone, narrative, and brand positioning across platforms.
