- Build the organizational structure from the ground up: hire and manage Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance leaders.
- Drive product packaging, pricing, commercial policies, and customer segmentation.
- Launch the B2B product: from internal MVP to first live clients.
- Set up scalable operational processes: onboarding, SLAs, support, account management.
- Foster a partner-centric culture across the organization.
- Align and integrate efforts of module-based tech teams into a unified B2B platform.
- Own the business P&L, growth metrics, and reporting.
- Represent the company in partner negotiations, industry events, and media.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading B2B businesses in iGaming / SaaS / Fintech.
- Strong strategic and operational background — able to think big and execute fast.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and its technical/regulatory complexities.
- Proven ability to launch and grow new business lines.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Fluent English – both verbal and written (negotiations, public speaking, documentation).
Nice to Have:
- Entrepreneurial experience or having built a business unit from scratch.
- Experience in regulated markets and licensing processes.
- Network within the iGaming industry (operators, aggregators, platforms, PSPs, etc.).
We offer:
- 20 working days of vacation;
- 12 sick days;
- Compensation for sick leave;
- Medical insurance;
- Flexible work schedule;
- Gifts and benefits for significant occasions;
- Mental health care;
- Support and development of volunteer culture.
