Business Development Team lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B growth initiatives in the iGaming industry. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the business development strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will operate at the intersection of sales, analytics, product, and marketing, driving both execution and vision.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the B2B business development roadmap in alignment with company goals

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development specialists, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics

  • Oversee and optimize the full business development cycle — from market research to deal closure

Market & Partner Development

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in key regions (Europe, LATAM, Asia, etc.)

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with operators, platforms, affiliates, and other B2B stakeholders

  • Lead complex negotiations and define commercial terms

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to align on go-to-market and partner enablement strategies

  • Collect and prioritize partner feedback to influence product development

  • Ensure timely execution of partnership agreements and ongoing partner success

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt business strategy

  • Oversee pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, and regular performance reporting

  • Set revenue targets and ensure business growth objectives are met


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development within the iGaming industry, including 1+ year in a leadership role

  • Deep understanding of iGaming products, platforms, content providers, and monetization models

  • Proven track record of scaling partner networks and achieving commercial KPIs

  • Strong team management, leadership, and strategic planning skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); additional languages are a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets)


Nice to Have

  • Established network of industry contacts across key regions

  • Experience working with regulated markets and understanding of legal/financial frameworks in B2B deals

  • Previous involvement in launching new products or market expansions
