We are looking for a talented and proactive Head of International Contracts Division to join our team.

Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT, FinTech, GameDev, corporate or international contract law.
- Strong experience working with English and EU law frameworks.
- Ability to support sales teams and work with enterprise-level contracts.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience with M&A transactions will be considered a strong advantage. 
- Advanced legal writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of lawyers within the International Contracts Division.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units.
- Advise on commercial and international contracts and participate in negotiations.
- Structure and support M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing SPA, SHA, LOI and related documentation.
- Participate in various international legal projects and provide strategic legal support.
