In this role, you will monitor product conversion rates and lead communication with the marketing team to drive growth and improve performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, and Product, to achieve business objectives and optimize the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, in-depth interviews, competitor analysis, and gather insights into the needs of B2C players and B2B partners.
- Identify new opportunities for product and feature development based on market needs and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify product needs and explore ways to address them.
- Assign tasks to developers, oversee the quality of feature implementation, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging for B2C audiences, highlighting the unique features and value of products.
- Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and platform updates.
- Focus on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty (B2C).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Retention teams to ensure alignment and smooth launch execution.
- Create and implement retention strategies and step-by-step plans to increase player engagement in B2C products.
- Identify core user segments; reduce churn by analyzing drop-off points and improving overall user experience.
- Set up analytical tools and track KPIs related to acquisition, engagement, and retention (B2C).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and GTM strategies; optimize activities based on data.
- Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements for continuous growth.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in iGaming, gaming, or tech.
- Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing models and their key stakeholders.
- Understanding of core product and marketing metrics: conversion rate, LTV, EPC, CPA, ROI, CAC, Churn Rate.
- Proven experience working with marketing and affiliate partners.
- Understanding of traffic sources and tracking systems.
- Deep knowledge of online gambling products and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with market research, positioning, GTM, and user retention strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Influencer Marketing, SMM, Media Buying, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Plausible, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Semrush, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing tools.
- Experience working with Jira and writing clear technical tickets for development teams.
- Experience implementing CRM or user engagement platforms from scratch is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
