We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Corporate Lawyer.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A and/or related fields;
• experience in the role of a corporate lawyer/corporate administrator in international jurisdictions (Cyprus, Hong Kong, etc.), as well as experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance, will be a plus;
• excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;
• highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;
• attention to detail, accuracy, and care in the final product;
• exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• сompany registration, administration, and other corporate matters;
• managing the day-to-day activities of companies incorporated under the laws of different jurisdictions;
• filling in relevant documentation provided by service providers;
• coordinating with external corporate and legal agents;
• drafting different types of legal documents (e.g., PoAs, SPAs, SHAs, corporate resolutions, service agreements, employment contracts);
• performing legal research on various legal matters and preparing relevant reports.
